The four factors that contribute to the success of the whole educational process are:
1- Good teacher.
2- Good student.
3- Good learning environment.
4- Good curriculum.

Qualities of a good teacher:
* A teacher's role is not only being a source of information. Students can
get the information they need through books, magazines, newspapers, videos,
educational records or the Internet. The role of a teacher is to facilitate
learning. He should interact with his students. He should show them how to
study and overcome difficulties. He should stimulate, encourage and motivate
his students. A good teacher uses the latest technologies and strategies to
achieve his goals.
These are some of the qualities of a good teacher:
1-Well-qualified/experienced.
2-Encouraging.
3-Well-organized.
4-Progressive.
5-Hard working.
6-Tidy.
7-Punctual.
8-Resposible.
9-Tolerant / Kind.
10-Fair.
Qualities of a good student:

2-To be on good relation with God.
3-Well-organized.

8-Well-behaved.
9-Ambitious.

Qualities of a good learning environment:
1-Comfortable
seats with a writing surface attached.
2-Spacious.
3-Audio and video means.
4-Air-conditioned.
5-The teacher can see all the students and vice versa.
6-Having the latest technologies to facilitate learning.
7-Quiet.
Qualities of a good curriculum:
1-Suitable for
the students' needs.
2-Not too easy and not too difficult.
3-Realistic.
4-Promoting active learning.
5-Progressive.
6-Using audio and video aids.
7-Interesting and exciting.
8-Stimulating.
